On 1 October 2017, the County Cricket Boards of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Huntingdonshire came together into one operational team under the collaborative umbrella of 'Cricket East' with the emphasis on increasing club engagement and support and the implementation of the national programme areas of All Stars Cricket and Women's Soft Ball Cricket.
Cricket East is operated by Bedfordshire Cricket Limited and is responsible for the delivery of participation and growth activity and support to the recreational game within the geographical areas of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Huntingdonshire. Cricket East works on behalf of these four County Cricket Boards.
Please note County Representative Cricket and Performance Pathway Programmes remain the responsibilities of the County Cricket Boards and will be operated and administered from within the four counties as was.
